How to Install python-nxt software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

python-nxt software package provides python driver/interface/wrapper for the Lego Mindstorms NXT robot, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install python-nxt

python-nxt is installed in your system.

Make ensure the python-nxt package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-nxt *

You will get with python-nxt package name, version, architecture and description in a table
