python-metaconfig software package provides Python ConfigParser bootstrapping library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python-metaconfig
python-metaconfig is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python-metaconfig package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-metaconfig *
You will get with python-metaconfig package name, version, architecture and description in a table
