python-lamson software package provides A pure Python SMTP server, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python-lamson
python-lamson is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python-lamson package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-lamson *
You will get with python-lamson package name, version, architecture and description in a table
