How to Install python-iso8583 software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

python-iso8583 software package provides library for ISO 8583 transactions, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install python-iso8583

python-iso8583 is installed in your system.

Make ensure the python-iso8583 package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-iso8583 *

You will get with python-iso8583 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
