python-gflags software package provides Python implementation of the Google command line flags module, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python-gflags
python-gflags is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python-gflags package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-gflags *
You will get with python-gflags package name, version, architecture and description in a table
