python-fmcs software package provides Find Maximum Common Substructure, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python-fmcs
python-fmcs is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python-fmcs package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-fmcs *
You will get with python-fmcs package name, version, architecture and description in a table
