python-first software package provides simple function that returns the first true value from an iterable, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python-first
python-first is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python-first package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-first *
You will get with python-first package name, version, architecture and description in a table
