python-drslib software package provides Library for processing the CMIP5 Data Reference Syntax, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python-drslib
python-drslib is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python-drslib package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-drslib *
You will get with python-drslib package name, version, architecture and description in a table
