python-dicoclient software package provides RFC 2229 compliant dictionary client module and shell, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python-dicoclient
python-dicoclient is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python-dicoclient package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-dicoclient *
You will get with python-dicoclient package name, version, architecture and description in a table
