How to Install python-babel software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

python-babel software package provides tools for internationalizing Python applications - Python 2.x, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install python-babel

python-babel is installed in your system.

Make ensure the python-babel package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-babel *

You will get with python-babel package name, version, architecture and description in a table
