python-awsauth software package provides AWS authentication for Amazon S3 for the python-requests module, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python-awsauth
python-awsauth is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python-awsauth package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-awsauth *
You will get with python-awsauth package name, version, architecture and description in a table
