pyecm software package provides integer factorization with the Elliptic Curve Method (ECM), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install pyecm
pyecm is installed in your system.
Make ensure the pyecm package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep pyecm *
You will get with pyecm package name, version, architecture and description in a table
