puppet-module-puppetlabs-stdli software package provides Puppet module standard library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install puppet-module-puppetlabs-stdli
puppet-module-puppetlabs-stdli is installed in your system.
Make ensure the puppet-module-puppetlabs-stdli package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep puppet-module-puppetlabs-stdli*
You will get with puppet-module-puppetlabs-stdli package name, version, architecture and description in a table
