How to Install pulseaudio software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

pulseaudio software package provides PulseAudio sound server, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install pulseaudio

pulseaudio is installed in your system.

Make ensure the pulseaudio package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep pulseaudio *

You will get with pulseaudio package name, version, architecture and description in a table
