How to Install ptex2tex software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

ptex2tex software package provides easy generation of (possibly complex) LaTeX environments, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install ptex2tex

ptex2tex is installed in your system.

Make ensure the ptex2tex package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ptex2tex *

You will get with ptex2tex package name, version, architecture and description in a table
