How to Install proxsmtp software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

proxsmtp software package provides multi purpose SMTP Proxy, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install proxsmtp

proxsmtp is installed in your system.

Make ensure the proxsmtp package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep proxsmtp *

You will get with proxsmtp package name, version, architecture and description in a table
