profphd-net software package provides neural network architecture for profphd, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install profphd-net
profphd-net is installed in your system.
Make ensure the profphd-net package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep profphd-net *
You will get with profphd-net package name, version, architecture and description in a table
