profphd software package provides secondary structure and solvent accessibility predictor, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install profphd
profphd is installed in your system.
Make ensure the profphd package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep profphd *
You will get with profphd package name, version, architecture and description in a table
