procserv software package provides Process server with telnet console and log access, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install procserv
procserv is installed in your system.
Make ensure the procserv package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep procserv *
You will get with procserv package name, version, architecture and description in a table
