print-manager software package provides printer configutation and monitoring tools, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install print-manager
print-manager is installed in your system.
Make ensure the print-manager package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep print-manager *
You will get with print-manager package name, version, architecture and description in a table
