prepaid-manager-applet software package provides Check and top up the balance of GSM mobile prepaid SIM cards, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install prepaid-manager-applet
prepaid-manager-applet is installed in your system.
Make ensure the prepaid-manager-applet package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep prepaid-manager-applet *
You will get with prepaid-manager-applet package name, version, architecture and description in a table
