predictnls software package provides prediction and analysis of protein nuclear localization signals, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install predictnls
predictnls is installed in your system.
Make ensure the predictnls package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep predictnls *
You will get with predictnls package name, version, architecture and description in a table
