$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install postgresql-comparator 

postgresql-comparator is installed in your system.

Make ensure the postgresql-comparator package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep postgresql-comparator *

You will get with postgresql-comparator package name, version, architecture and description in a table

postgresql-comparator package basic information:
