postgresql-9.3-postgis-2.1-scr software package provides PostGIS for PostgreSQL 9.3 -- scripts -- dummy package, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install postgresql-9.3-postgis-2.1-scr
postgresql-9.3-postgis-2.1-scr is installed in your system.
Make ensure the postgresql-9.3-postgis-2.1-scr package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep postgresql-9.3-postgis-2.1-scr*
You will get with postgresql-9.3-postgis-2.1-scr package name, version, architecture and description in a table
