postgresql-9.3-pgfincore software package provides set of PostgreSQL functions to manage blocks in memory, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install postgresql-9.3-pgfincore
postgresql-9.3-pgfincore is installed in your system.
Make ensure the postgresql-9.3-pgfincore package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep postgresql-9.3-pgfincore *
You will get with postgresql-9.3-pgfincore package name, version, architecture and description in a table
