pms software package provides Practical Music Search, an MPD client, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install pms
pms is installed in your system.
Make ensure the pms package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep pms *
You will get with pms package name, version, architecture and description in a table
