How to Install plptools software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

plptools software package provides Access EPOC device (Psion PDA) over a serial link, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install plptools

plptools is installed in your system.

Make ensure the plptools package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep plptools *

You will get with plptools package name, version, architecture and description in a table
