plasma-mobile software package provides transitional package for plasma-active, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install plasma-mobile
plasma-mobile is installed in your system.
Make ensure the plasma-mobile package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep plasma-mobile *
You will get with plasma-mobile package name, version, architecture and description in a table
