plainbox-provider-resource-gen software package provides CheckBox generic resource jobs provider, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install plainbox-provider-resource-gen
plainbox-provider-resource-gen is installed in your system.
Make ensure the plainbox-provider-resource-gen package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep plainbox-provider-resource-gen*
