pkg-config-aarch64-linux-gnu software package provides manage compile and link flags for libraries for arm64 architecture, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install pkg-config-aarch64-linux-gnu
pkg-config-aarch64-linux-gnu is installed in your system.
Make ensure the pkg-config-aarch64-linux-gnu package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep pkg-config-aarch64-linux-gnu *
