pidgin-privacy-please software package provides plugin for enhanced privacy in pidgin, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install pidgin-privacy-please
pidgin-privacy-please is installed in your system.
Make ensure the pidgin-privacy-please package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep pidgin-privacy-please *
You will get with pidgin-privacy-please package name, version, architecture and description in a table
