pictor software package provides web application for browsing your pictures, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install pictor
pictor is installed in your system.
Make ensure the pictor package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep pictor *
You will get with pictor package name, version, architecture and description in a table
