How to Install pi software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

pi software package provides Compute Archimedes constant Pi to arbitrary precision, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install pi

pi is installed in your system.

Make ensure the pi package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep pi *

You will get with pi package name, version, architecture and description in a table
