php-text-template software package provides Simple php template engine, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install php-text-template
php-text-template is installed in your system.
Make ensure the php-text-template package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep php-text-template *
You will get with php-text-template package name, version, architecture and description in a table
