php-seclib software package provides implementations of an arbitrary-precision integer arithmetic library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install php-seclib
php-seclib is installed in your system.
Make ensure the php-seclib package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep php-seclib *
You will get with php-seclib package name, version, architecture and description in a table
