php-mail-mimedecode software package provides Provides a class to decode mime messages, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install php-mail-mimedecode
php-mail-mimedecode is installed in your system.
Make ensure the php-mail-mimedecode package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep php-mail-mimedecode *
You will get with php-mail-mimedecode package name, version, architecture and description in a table
