photoml software package provides XML DTD and tools for describing photographic metadata, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install photoml
photoml is installed in your system.
Make ensure the photoml package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep photoml *
You will get with photoml package name, version, architecture and description in a table
