pdb2pqr software package provides Preparation of protein structures for electrostatics calculations, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install pdb2pqr
pdb2pqr is installed in your system.
Make ensure the pdb2pqr package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep pdb2pqr *
You will get with pdb2pqr package name, version, architecture and description in a table
