How to Install pbzip2 software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

pbzip2 software package provides parallel bzip2 implementation, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install pbzip2

pbzip2 is installed in your system.

Make ensure the pbzip2 package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep pbzip2 *
