partman-crypto-dm software package provides Add to partman support for dm-crypt encryption, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install partman-crypto-dm
partman-crypto-dm is installed in your system.
Make ensure the partman-crypto-dm package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep partman-crypto-dm *
You will get with partman-crypto-dm package name, version, architecture and description in a table
