pari-galdata software package provides PARI/GP Computer Algebra System Galois resolvents (galdata), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install pari-galdata
pari-galdata is installed in your system.
Make ensure the pari-galdata package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep pari-galdata *
You will get with pari-galdata package name, version, architecture and description in a table
