packup software package provides CUDF solver based on pseudo-Boolean constraints, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install packup
packup is installed in your system.
Make ensure the packup package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep packup *
You will get with packup package name, version, architecture and description in a table
