oss4-dkms software package provides Open Sound System - DKMS module sources, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install oss4-dkms
oss4-dkms is installed in your system.
Make ensure the oss4-dkms package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep oss4-dkms *
You will get with oss4-dkms package name, version, architecture and description in a table
