openjpeg-tools software package provides command-line tools using the JPEG 2000 library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install openjpeg-tools
openjpeg-tools is installed in your system.
Make ensure the openjpeg-tools package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep openjpeg-tools *
You will get with openjpeg-tools package name, version, architecture and description in a table
