How to Install openjdk-7-source software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

openjdk-7-source software package provides OpenJDK Development Kit (JDK) source files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install openjdk-7-source

openjdk-7-source is installed in your system.

Make ensure the openjdk-7-source package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep openjdk-7-source *

You will get with openjdk-7-source package name, version, architecture and description in a table
