odbcinst1debian2 software package provides Support library for accessing odbc ini files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install odbcinst1debian2
odbcinst1debian2 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the odbcinst1debian2 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep odbcinst1debian2 *
You will get with odbcinst1debian2 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
