octave-tsa software package provides time series analysis in Octave, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install octave-tsa
octave-tsa is installed in your system.
Make ensure the octave-tsa package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep octave-tsa *
You will get with octave-tsa package name, version, architecture and description in a table
