$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install ocsinventory-server 

ocsinventory-server is installed in your system.

Make ensure the ocsinventory-server package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ocsinventory-server *

You will get with ocsinventory-server package name, version, architecture and description in a table

ocsinventory-server package basic information:
