ocaml-mode software package provides major mode for editing Objective Caml in Emacs, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ocaml-mode
ocaml-mode is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ocaml-mode package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ocaml-mode *
You will get with ocaml-mode package name, version, architecture and description in a table
