nvidia-cg-toolkit software package provides Cg Toolkit - GPU Shader Authoring Language, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install nvidia-cg-toolkit
nvidia-cg-toolkit is installed in your system.
Make ensure the nvidia-cg-toolkit package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep nvidia-cg-toolkit *
You will get with nvidia-cg-toolkit package name, version, architecture and description in a table
